This website is the property of FERALBYTE, Unipessoal, Lda., a limited liability company with headquarters in the Travessa Dr. Carlos Pires Felgueiras Entrance 34, 2 Floor Room 13 4470-158 Maia, registered in the Commercial Registry of Oporto number single registration and legal person 513,865,535.

The following definitions are recognized for the purposes of this agreement:

SERVICE PROVIDER - FERALBYTE
USER - Individual and legal person who purchases the Service
ACCOUNT - Own domain of each user

A) Terms of Service
By using the SITE www.TitanTasks.com ("Service"), and contracting to provide this SERVICE, USER agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service"):

FERALBYTE reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service periodically and without prior notice;

The USER expressly accepts and assumes its own risk in the use of the SERVICE.
B) Account Terms of Use:

The SERVICE may only be used by users 18 years of age or older;
To sign up for the SERVICE, the tenderer in the use of the SERVICE must indicate the full name, a valid e-mail address and any other information requested by the service provider;
Login to the account can only be used by a USER - not being allowed to share a single login by several people. The USER can create separate logins for as many users as his plan allows;
USER is fully responsible for maintaining the security of your ACCOUNT and personal / individual / private password. FERALBYTE can not and will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from failure by the USER or failure to comply with this security obligation;
The USER is responsible for all content entered and activity that occurs in your ACCOUNT (even when the content is inserted by other users with access to your account). By submitting or disclosing such content in areas of the SERVICE accessible to the public, the USER shall be responsible for the same, including its legality, accuracy and truthfulness, exempting FERALBYTE from all liabilities, including fiscal or parafiscal inherent to the management or issuance of any document;
The USER assumes all risks and costs inherent to the use of the SERVICE;
USER may not use the SERVICE for any illegal, unlawful, fraudulent or unauthorized purposes. The USER may not, in the use of the SERVICE, violate any law of any jurisdiction (including, but not limited to, copyright).

C) Terms of Use
Customers / users can browse / view the data in your TitanTasks account ("Site Usage"). Any use of the SITE is bound by the terms of this agreement and the following specific terms:

USER expressly understands and agrees that FERALBYTE can not be held liable, even negligently, for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential damages or exemplary damages, including but not limited to: damages for lost profits, good (eg if FERALBYTE has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from your use of the SITE or third party products that access data through the SITE;
FERALBYTE reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, its access to the SITE (or any part of it) with or without notice.
In the event that SERVICE is permanently discontinued, FERALBYTE will inform the USER of this fact with 30 (thirty) days in advance, of the closing date.
After the closing of the CONTA, FERALBYTE will send via e-mail, in a compressed file, and in PDF format to the USER all documents, data and information that exist in its account.
D) Terms of Payment, Refund, Upgrade and Downgrade

The payment of the SERVICE and ACCOUNT will be effected preferably through ATM.
If the USER signs up and requests the provision of the SERVICE based on a payment plan and does not cancel the ACCO within 30 (thirty) days, the billing for collection of the SERVICE will be issued on the 30th (thirtyth) day subsequent to the initial creation of your account.
If during the free evaluation period, OR (if during the free plan period), the USER requests or undertakes an Upgrade of the SERVICE will immediately terminate the free evaluation period, and in the month following the update, the SERVICE will be billed.
The SERVICE is charged in advance, depending on the periodicity contracted or prepaid plan and is not, in any case, refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of SERVICE, upgrade / downgrade refunds, or refunds for unused months with open BILL. No exceptions shall be considered on the basis of the principle of equality.

The USER is responsible for payment of any taxes, duties or tax, duty and duty for the use of the SERVICE.
The agreed price does not include any taxes, duties or obligations imposed by the tax authorities.
If the user makes or intends to upgrade or downgrade the account plan, payment for this SERVICE will automatically be due, due in the next billing period, and may be charged by FERALBYTE through ATM or other accepted payment method , if the USER has provided it on the date of contracting the SERVICE or during the execution thereof.
The SERVICE price of a certain ACCOUNT can not be reduced or subject to renegotiation with FERALBYTE.
E) Cancellation and Resolution

The USER is solely responsible for properly canceling your ACCOUNT. Cancellation can be made at any time through the SERVICE SITE itself. The ACCOUNT screen displays a simple cancel link. The sending of an email or a telephone call requesting the cancellation of your ACCOUNT is not considered an appropriate procedure and ACCO will not be canceled.

After the termination of the SERVICE by the user, the content of the account will be immediately erased and the information and contents stored / stored can not be recovered, and FERALBYTE strongly advises the USER to create a security store or backup.
If the cancellation of the SERVICE occurs before the end of the month whose payment has already been made, the cancellation will take effect immediately and the SERVICE of that month will not be charged again.
FERALBYTE, in its sole discretion and at any time, has the right to suspend or terminate the ACCOUNT of any USER and to refuse any and all use of the SERVICE, current or future, or any other SERVICE provided by FERALBYTE in case of breach by the USER of these TERMS and CONDITIONS or of their PRIVACY POLICIES. The closing of the SERVICE implies the deactivation and / or deletion of the ACCOUNT of the USER or to prevent the USER from accessing his ACCOUNT.

FERALBYTE reserves the right to refuse the provision of the SERVICE to any natural or legal person for any reason, at any time.
F) Modifications to SERVICE and Prices

The prices of all SERVICES, including but not limited to the monthly subscription to the SERVICE fee plan, are subject to change with 30 days notice. This notice may be provided at any time by posting changes to the TitanTasks SITE (www.TitanTasks.com) or the SERVICE itself.

The USER or third parties shall not be liable to contractual, extracontractual, criminal or any other way to FERALBYTE for any modification or alteration of the prices, suspension or termination of the SERVICE.
H) General conditions

All Rights to the SERVICE are reserved to FERALBYTE. The USER accepts that the SERVICE contains protected and confidential information that is protected by the applicable legislation.

The user may not duplicate, copy, reproduce, redistribute, reuse any part of the SITE, SERVICE or ACCOUNT, or visual design elements or concepts without the express written permission of FERALBYTE, under penalty of civil and criminal liability.
FERALBYTE does not claim intellectual property rights over the material and content, materials and profile that the USER enters into the SERVICE.

The USER assumes own risk in the use of the SERVICE. The SERVICE is provided "as is" and "as available".

Technical support is provided via e-mail to users and holders of paid accounts who are not in default or in default.
FERALBYTE uses hosting partners and vendors to provision the hardware, software, networks, storage, and related technologies required to run the site.

You should not upload, insert, host, or transmit unsolicited email, SMS, or spam.
The service is provided online, so FERALBYTE is not responsible for any connectivity failure and inherent inability to use.
The user must take preventive measures and provide security guarantees, so as not to transmit any virus or worms or any code of a destructive nature.
FERALBYTE does not guarantee that (i) the Service will meet your specific needs, (ii) the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, (iii) the results that can be obtained by using the Service will be (iv) the quality of products, services, information or other materials acquired or obtained by you through the Service will meet your expectations, and (v) any errors in the service will be corrected.

The user expressly understands and accepts that FERALBYTE shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, damages for loss of profits, or other intangible losses (even if FERALBYTE has been advised of the possibility of occurrence of such damages), resulting from: (i) the misuse or inability to use the service attributable to the user; (ii) the cost of acquiring substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained or messages received or operations contracted or through the service; (iv) statements or conduct of third parties; (v) or any other matters relating to the Service.
