Create Task

Tasks are one of the essential elements of titantaks as they are the tasks that make moving your business. To create a task you can choose from many available fields to characterize the task although the most frequently used are: the type of task, date and time, description and the user that will perform it. If we still want to add information to the task we can activate the 'detailed' mode by clicking on the upper right corner next to the minimize icon

Edit Task

Once we have visualized the state of the task we are looking for we can edit it by simply clicking once on the line and then clicking on the pencil. Tip: You can directly click on the task number (eg: # 1312) to open faster.

Create Quotation

Creating quotes and managing them has never been easier. You can now quickly create quotes and associate them with customers, contacts, and even customer equipment. You can put the likelihood of closing and even send directly to a contact, all without leaving the platform.

Edit Quotation

Was the quote accepted? Good! Now you only have to select the quotation and edit it by changing the status to accepted and it will be ready to be billed at any time.

Report of Task

The task is now complete, you can now view the pdf report with all the completed information and even send it by email. If you want, you can export the pdf even without information if you need your collaborator / technician to fill in the place.

Report of Quotation

Whenever you create a quotation you can view it or print it in pdf format or even send it directly by email. This way it will be easy to manage the proposals and send them quickly without wasting time.

With TitanTasks you can invoice directly thanks to the connection with InvoiceExpress, in this way you can create invoices quickly and using all the information of the TitanTasks

Create Invoice from Task

Now that the task is done, it's time to cash in. It is possible to do it in record time with TitanTasks. You can transfer a task to an invoice, if you have InvoiceExpress, and receive the invoice directly in pdf.

Create Invoice from Quotation

Your quote has been accepted, it will now be simple to invoice with the InvoiceExpress integration. Once you open the quote you can click on the invoice button that will open a window with all the quotation information, and where you can make your last adjustments before invoicing.

Show Calendar

The calendar will be a great help in managing your team. With a quick color view, you can see how your task states are and how to best manage your team with the timeline mode. With the schedule mode you can see all employees and their tasks on a particular day, making it easier to change plans if you need to drag tasks from one employee to another.
